Ns40zl Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the ns40zl platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ns40zl platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ns40zl. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where such activities are not prohibited by local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ns40zl platform is lawful in your region.
By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. ns40zl reserves the right to revoke access if any information is found to be false or misleading.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ns40zl. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ns40zl will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
- Use a strong, unique password for your ns40zl account.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Contact the ns40zl support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
Ns40zl reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform regulations.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ns40zl platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Attempting to access or interfere with ns40zl's systems, servers, or networks without authorisation.
- Using automated software or tools (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the platform.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or VIP rewards through unauthorised means.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or winning odds.
Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of relevant balances and winnings, and legal action where warranted. ns40zl reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the ns40zl platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are their own. ns40zl reserves the right to reject or hold any transaction that raises concerns regarding the legitimacy of the funds' origin.
- Deposit: Processed within the timeframe set by the chosen payment method. ns40zl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
- Bonus terms: All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the applicable rollover requirements. Please review the relevant bonus terms before claiming any offer.
- Refund: Processed deposits cannot be reversed. Should a technical error occur, please contact ns40zl support within 24 hours.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ns40zl is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ns40zl makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the ns40zl platform are the exclusive property of ns40zl or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ns40zl.
Third-Party Links
The ns40zl platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. ns40zl is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Ns40zl reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the sole discretion of platform management. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting ns40zl customer support.
Amendments to These Terms
Ns40zl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the ns40zl website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, where necessary, through legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
